Threesixtyphysio

We are here to provide you with simple, honest and effective care to keep you active and performing at your best. We’re not about quick fixes or gimmicks, we are here to educate you on how to optimise your recovery for the long term. With years of clinical experience and post-graduate training in elite sports, private practice and the public sector, we understand rehabilitation has to be tailored to the needs and lifestyle of every individual. Whether the goal be returning to the playing field or simply being able to do the weekly shop comfortably, we will collaborate with you to find the right solutions.

Physiotherapy traditionally can be very regimented. A long list of exercises prescribed that are not tailored to your lifestyle and can be time consuming and unrealistic. Our aim at Threesixtyphysio is to make your programmes manageable. We want your programmes to be easy to incorporate into your existing routine and to consider how making general lifestyle choices can optimise your rehabilitation. We focus on realistic and precise recovery and how you get there based on what is suitable for you.

Will is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist who graduated in 2010 from Cardiff University. He has worked across multiple NHS trusts in London, with extensive experience in post operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, hypermobility and chronic pain. He provides skilled treatment in all parts of the body but having worked as a hand therapist as well, Will has unique expertise in upper limb problems and can provide specialist advice and treatment to alleviate pain in hands, wrists and shoulders.

Will believes in goal oriented care, and getting your input on what’s important to you and how you feel this can be achieved. He provides a hands-on approach to building strength, optimising movement and restoring confidence in your activity. Whether you want to wake up in the morning with less pain, or start playing football again, Will has the skills and knowledge to help you accomplish this.

Will is currently working towards his masters and has undergone training through Hertfordshire university in first contact physiotherapy. This means whatever ache or pain you’re suffering with, you can be confident in an accurate diagnosis and effective management plan from Will.

 MSK Physiotherapist & Clinical Lead

Available in: Muswell Hill.

Sophie is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, having worked in a variety of settings since completing her masters at Brunel University.

Having started her career within the NHS, Sophie gained a wide breadth of experience before branching out into private practice. She has worked with all age groups, treating acute sports injuries, providing post-operative rehabilitation, and also working with more chronic conditions. With a keen interest in sport rehab, Sophie has worked with professional and college-level athletes as well as recreational runners, CrossFit participants, rowers, and swimmers.

With an approach firmly centred on holistic care, Sophie focuses on you as an individual, listening carefully and working collaboratively to ensure that your concerns and goals are paramount and your rehab journey is tailored to your priorities from the start. Her treatment focusses on developing an understanding of how your body works and taking an active rehab approach, using strength and movement as well as hands-on techniques to restore function and confidence, whether your goal is to return to high level sport or simply to enhance the enjoyment and ease of everyday life.

Ellesse is a passionate and proactive physiotherapist with over nine years of experience in musculoskeletal practice.

Having worked across a range of settings, including private clinics and NHS outpatient departments—she brings a breadth of expertise in sports-specific rehabilitation, soft tissue injury management, and post-operative recovery.

With a particular interest in knee rehabilitation and the management of tendinopathy and overuse injuries, Ellesse is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting improvements in movement and performance. Her treatment philosophy centres on addressing the root cause of pain rather than simply alleviating symptoms.

Believing that no two patients are the same, Ellesse takes the time to listen, understand individual goals, and tailor each treatment plan accordingly.

She adopts a collaborative approach, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and sports-specific rehabilitation to promote long-term results and empower patients to stay active throughout their recovery.

Ellesse has completed postgraduate training in sports massage therapy, joint mobilisations, matwork Pilates, and dry needling, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree (MSc) in Musculoskeletal Practice.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys travelling, keeping active in the gym, and salsa dancing.

Halee also specialises in scar tissue massage, using targeted techniques to improve post-surgical outcomes, enhance mobility, and restore ease of movement.

Outside the clinic, Halee is an elite-level netball player and coach, giving her a unique perspective on athletic performance, teamwork, and rehabilitation.  Osteopath

Available in: Muswell Hill.

Daniel graduated in 2003 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) with an honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine and diploma and Naturopathy.

Having spent the last 20 years in a variety of clinical environments treating a wide range of patients including children, pregnant mothers, athletes (both couch and elite) and elderly, Daniel enjoys helping people with injuries from head to toe, not just the spine.

His treatment philosophy is rooted in patient centred care, looking to involve patients in their own recovery from an early stage by way of educating them on exercise, nutrition, postural and lifestyle advice, thereby reducing reliance on hands-on treatment alone.

Daniel believes that whilst Osteopathy is a profession with a valuable 150 years of history, it is important to be research guided to keep up our ever changing dynamics between anatomy, physiology and modern medicine.

This commitment to both respect the roots of his profession but still keep his knowledge up to date has been helpful in his former roles as senior lecturer in Osteopathic Technique at Oxford Brookes University. Daniel has also taught Osteopathic technique and clinical skills at BCOM and the University College of Osteopathy.

Outside of work he enjoys a variety of sports, exercise, music and likes to think of himself as a bit of an amateur bread and pizza baker.

Daniel is available from our Muswell Hill branch on Monday's and Friday's.
