We are here to provide you with simple, honest and effective care to keep you active and performing at your best. We’re not about quick fixes or gimmicks, we are here to educate you on how to optimise your recovery for the long term. With years of clinical experience and post-graduate training in elite sports, private practice and the public sector, we understand rehabilitation has to be tailored to the needs and lifestyle of every individual. Whether the goal be returning to the playing field or simply being able to do the weekly shop comfortably, we will collaborate with you to find the right solutions.
Physiotherapy traditionally can be very regimented. A long list of exercises prescribed that are not tailored to your lifestyle and can be time consuming and unrealistic. Our aim at Threesixtyphysio is to make your programmes manageable. We want your programmes to be easy to incorporate into your existing routine and to consider how making general lifestyle choices can optimise your rehabilitation. We focus on realistic and precise recovery and how you get there based on what is suitable for you.

Specialist Osteopath
Available in: Muswell Hill.
Daniel graduated in 2003 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) with an honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine and diploma and Naturopathy.
Having spent the last 20 years in a variety of clinical environments treating a wide range of patients including children, pregnant mothers, athletes (both couch and elite) and elderly, Daniel enjoys helping people with injuries from head to toe, not just the spine.
His treatment philosophy is rooted in patient centred care, looking to involve patients in their own recovery from an early stage by way of educating them on exercise, nutrition, postural and lifestyle advice, thereby reducing reliance on hands-on treatment alone.
Daniel believes that whilst Osteopathy is a profession with a valuable 150 years of history, it is important to be research guided to keep up our ever changing dynamics between anatomy, physiology and modern medicine.
This commitment to both respect the roots of his profession but still keep his knowledge up to date has been helpful in his former roles as senior lecturer in Osteopathic Technique at Oxford Brookes University. Daniel has also taught Osteopathic technique and clinical skills at BCOM and the University College of Osteopathy.
Outside of work he enjoys a variety of sports, exercise, music and likes to think of himself as a bit of an amateur bread and pizza baker.
Daniel is available from our Muswell Hill branch on Monday's and Friday's.
