We help you move better, recover smarter, and return to what matters most.

At Threesixtyphysio, we believe movement is the foundation of health, performance, and confidence. When pain, injury, or recurring setbacks limit how you move, it affects far more than just your body. Our role is to understand the full picture — how you move, why symptoms have developed, and what’s needed to restore long-term freedom of movement.
We provide expert, movement-led care across physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports massage, and Pilates. Every session is built around a thorough assessment, evidence-based treatment, and a clear plan forward. Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or aiming to move and perform at your best, we focus on outcomes that last — not quick fixes

Our goal isn’t just to get you pain-free — it’s to help you perform better, move stronger, and reduce your risk of future injury.
VALD ForceDecks are a cutting-edge dual-force plate system that accurately measures force, power, balance, and centre-of-pressure during a range of dynamic and static tests—such as squats, balance, jumps, pushes, and holds. Once limited to professional sports, it’s now accessible to the wider population.
Shockwave Therapy is available at our Mill Hill branch and is a non-surgical treatment that uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate healing in damaged soft tissues. Each session involves delivering targeted pressure waves to the injured area using a handheld device. It’s fast, safe, and requires no downtime.
Our SkiFit Injury Screening service has been specially designed to assess skiers of all abilities. We will carry out a thorough objective examination of your biomechanics using six key assessment metrics and provide you with an individualised exercise plan based on the key findings.
Welcome to the Threesixtyphysio Club Support Programme!
We believe in fostering a strong and healthy community in our local area. Our Club Care Programme is designed to partner with local sports clubs, offering tailored services to keep your athletes performing at their peak, regardless of age or ability.
Our physiotherapists are specialists in helping you to recover after surgery. We believe in getting things structured from the start, and that means laying out roadmap of recovery and setting realistic milestones to work towards in the future. We like to work in collaboration with your orthopaedic consultant and put you at the forefront of the decision making process.
Osteopathy is a holistic healthcare approach that emphasises the connection between body structure and function, using hands-on techniques to improve mobility and relieve pain. Osteopath’s treat conditions like back pain, joint issues, and sports injuries, while also offering advice on posture and lifestyle. This comprehensive method supports the body’s natural healing and overall well-being.
With years of experience at the elite and recreational level, our physiotherapists are specialists in treating and managing sports related injuries. We understand each sport or activity has its own unique movement demands and a physiotherapy approach needs to cater around this. Our approach is detailed and involves assessing your injury with the demands of your particular sport or activity at the forefront.

Having worked across a range of settings, including private clinics and NHS outpatient departments—she brings a breadth of expertise in sports-specific rehabilitation, soft tissue injury management, and post-operative recovery.
With a particular interest in knee rehabilitation and the management of tendinopathy and overuse injuries, Ellesse is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting improvements in movement and performance. She adopts a collaborative approach, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and sports-specific rehabilitation to promote long-term results and empower patients to stay active throughout their recovery.
Ellesse has completed postgraduate training in sports massage therapy, joint mobilisations, matwork Pilates, and dry needling, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree (MSc) in Musculoskeletal Practice.

Daniel graduated in 2003 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) with an honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine and diploma and Naturopathy.
Having spent the last 20 years in a variety of clinical environments treating a wide range of patients including children, pregnant mothers, athletes (both couch and elite) and elderly, Daniel enjoys helping people with injuries from head to toe, not just the spine.
His treatment philosophy is rooted in patient centred care, looking to involve patients in their own recovery from an early stage by way of educating them on exercise, nutrition, postural and lifestyle advice, thereby reducing reliance on hands-on treatment alone.
Daniel believes that whilst Osteopathy is a profession with a valuable 150 years of history, it is important to be research guided to keep up our ever changing dynamics between anatomy, physiology and modern medicine.
This commitment to both respect the roots of his profession but still keep his knowledge up to date has been helpful in his former roles as senior lecturer in Osteopathic Technique at Oxford Brookes University. Daniel has also taught Osteopathic technique and clinical skills at BCOM and the University College of Osteopathy.
Outside of work he enjoys a variety of sports, exercise, music and likes to think of himself as a bit of an amateur bread and pizza baker.
Daniel is available from our Muswell Hill branch on Monday’s and Friday’s.

Her treatment focusses on developing an understanding of how your body works and taking an active rehab approach, using strength and movement as well as hands-on techniques to restore function and confidence, whether your goal is to return to high level sport or simply to enhance the enjoyment and ease of everyday life.
