Give your movement, strength, and recovery an objective edge with VALD ForceDecks - the same top-tier technology trusted by elite sports teams, now available to athletes, rehab patients, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday movers.
VALD ForceDecks are a cutting-edge dual-force plate system that accurately measures force, power, balance, and centre-of-pressure during a range of dynamic and static tests—such as squats, balance, jumps, pushes, and holds. Once limited to professional sports, it's now accessible to the wider population.
Schedule an appointment with one of our healthcare professionals today and take the next step towards better health.
From the moment you walk into the clinic, we’ll guide you through a seamless, professional experience built around clarity, comfort, and performance. After a brief conversation to understand your goals - whether you’re recovering from injury, working towards peak performance, or simply curious about your body’s capabilities, we’ll begin with a short warm-up and orientation on how to use the VALD ForceDecks.
You’ll then be guided through a series of carefully selected tests tailored to your needs. These may include jump assessments, isometric strength holds, or single-leg balance work, depending on your goals and physical capacity. Each test takes just a few seconds but reveals a wealth of insight - such as power output, asymmetry, force production, and rate of force development.
Immediately after the session, you’ll receive a digital report with easy-to-understand visuals and clear breakdowns of your results. But we don’t stop there. One of our expert physiotherapists will walk you through the findings, explain what the data means for you, and, crucially, prescribe a personalised exercise programme based on your results.
This programme will be delivered via our app-based software, complete with videos, instructions, and weekly progression.
Whether you’re building resilience, targeting imbalances, or pushing performance, your ForceDecks session is just the beginning of a smarter, more targeted training or rehab plan.
